I believe in creating spaces where all voices, especially those of children, families, and marginalized communities, are heard and reflected in decision-making. Through advocacy, collaboration, and awareness-building, I strive to promote accessible, inclusive systems that support diverse needs and uphold dignity and opportunity for all.

Providing advice to school boards on special education programs, services, and policies affecting students with disabilities.
Advocating for equitable access to inclusive and high-quality education.
Represent the interests of children and youth with physical disabilities, including those supported by Easter Seals Ontario.
Ensure the voices of families and communities are reflected in decision-making.
Review school board plans, budgets, and initiatives related to special education services.
Make recommendations to improve accessibility, inclusion, and student outcomes.
Monitor the implementation of special education programs to ensure compliance with provincial legislation and standards.
Support transparency and accountability in service delivery.
Working collaboratively with educators, administrators, and community organizations.
Promoting partnerships to enhance support services for students with diverse needs.
